Appointments will be for 10 minute increments. Please reply to this email or call the school office to make your appointment as soon as possible. Should you not be able to contact the front office, please leave a message on my extension at 845-634-0951 x109
Looking forward to hearing from you,

Dear Parents:
We are looking for volunteers for each class to be a class parent. It does not entail a large time commitment. However, the class parents' time and effort are greatly appreciated by the children, teachers and other parents and improves the school community for all. The role of the class parent does not extend to issues relating to teaching or issues with individual students.
Class Parent Responsibilities:
Each class has at least one class parent. The class parent serves as a liaison between the classroom teachers and the parents. The responsibilities include:
- Assisting your grade-level teacher. This may include volunteering for or finding volunteers for field trips, planning and arranging school social events (i.e. year-end picnic, etc.)
- Supporting school events, such as the Family BBQ, Purim Baskets, etc. by volunteering or finding volunteers from your class.
- Assist with implementing teacher's token of appreciation and teacher's gift (as appropriate).
If you would like to become a class parent, please send an email or call the school office at 845-634-0951.
Thank you for your support of our children.
Dear Parents,
Due to the unfortunate affects of Hurricane Sandy, last week we lost five school days. The school calendar will therefore be changed in order to 'make up' some of these lost days: there WILL be school on Friday, January 18, 2013 and on Friday, May 24, 2013. Please ammend your calendars to reflect these changes.
There will not be school on Monday, November 12, 2012, as originally stated on the school calendar. We were not able to arrange to have all the staff present at such short notice.
Thank you
Dear Parents:
This is to advise you that E. Ramapo will be providing bus transportation tomorrow morning, Wednesday November 7th. Please bring your child to his/her bus stop at the usual time for pick-up.
Dear Parents,

Thank you so much!

Dear Parents:
Hope that you are all safe and well from this devastating storm.
Please be advised that there will be school all next week, starting on Monday November 5th. Despite the fact that our school calendar stated that there would be no school on Tuesday, November 6th, we will be conducting classes as usual.
