Dear Parents:
As a preventive measure, it is now mandatory that all of our students be checked for nits before the start of our new school year. No child will be admitted into our school without a professional nit inspection.
Mrs. Fischer, a professional nit checker, will be here at The Hebrew Academy tomorrow on Wednesday, August 21, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. After this initial inspection, Mrs. Fischer will then continue to come each month to check our students to ensure that we do not encounter any outbreaks.
The cost of Mrs. Fischer's services is listed below. It is a minimal, one-time cost per child per year.
- One child $25.00
- Second child $20.00 (plus $25.00 for first child)
- Third child $15.00 (plus $25.00 and $20.00)

The best solution for eliminating nits permanently in the school is preventive medicine.
