Application/Student Evaluation Fee
Student Evaluation Fee $100.00 (new students only: Nursery-8th grade)
Applications for Admission must be accompanied with a $100 non-refundable check per student, made out to The Hebrew Academy. New students seeking admittance to Pre-k through 8th grade must first be evaluated by the Admission Committee.
Enrollment Deposit $500.00
Upon the recommendation of the Admissions Committee for acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 should be submitted with a signed Enrollment Contract. The deposit is deducted from the tuition fees listed below.
Tuition/Early Enrollment Discount/Payment Plans
Tuition Fees are assessed as per the table below, and are to be paid in accordance with the terms dictated on the Enrollment Contract. Ancillary fees such as PTA membership, trips and nit-checking are not included.
To qualify for the Early Enrollment Discount, application for admittance and a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $500 must be submitted on or before April 15, 2011 to qualify. A discount $300 per student will be applied, as indicated below.

The Hebrew Academy offers the following three payment plans to meet the needs of our parents. Please note that we do not accept monthly post-dated checks.
- Payment in Full – Pay full tuition (check or cash) by Aug. 1, 2011 and receive a 2% tuition discount.
- Payments through the FACTS Tuition Management Program – Monthly tuition payments are deducted from your checking account. FACTS Tuition Management Company charges $41 per family for this service.
- Monthly credit card payments charge – Pay monthly tuition by credit card- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. A Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled out, and your card will be charged on the 1st of the month. A 2.5% surcharge will be added for MasterCard or Visa; 3.0% for American Express.
Financial Aid and Tuition Credits/Grants
Any family who feels they need funding to afford the cost of a Jewish Day School education is encouraged to apply apply to the Financial Aid Program. Special grants are now available for new families, regardless of financial ability. Please visit Affording The Hebrew Academy for more info.
